I purchased the Samsung VG-FBB3BA/ZN portable battery, specifically designed for the Samsung Freestyle projector, on June 12, 2024, through the Hepsiburada app. The product was sold to me with a valid warranty, and the invoice was issued under number s012024000000718. After working properly for a while, the battery stopped charging starting in January 2025.

Since the product was still under warranty, I first contacted an authorized service center. However, they informed me that they do not handle this type of device and advised me to contact Samsung customer service to create a service request for in-home support. Following this, I contacted Samsung and created a service record under the number 4293651769. A service representative later called me, requested the invoice and product details, and said they would consult with the regional office before getting back to me.

Afterward, I was told that this battery is not covered under warranty and that no repair or replacement could be provided. In order to exercise my legal rights, I requested a written document stating that the product is “not covered under warranty.” However, I was told that they would only provide this document if I paid a service fee of approximately $43. Even though I clearly stated that the product is still within its warranty period and that I do not want to pay any service fee, my request was denied.

I purchased this product as a guaranteed item, yet I am now being told, entirely at Samsung’s discretion, that it is excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, based on my research, this product appears to have a known chronic issue, as many other users have reported that the battery stops charging after a certain period of use.

Currently, this battery is being sold for around $310, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I request that this product, which was sold under warranty, be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one. I also demand that my request for a written document confirming the warranty denial be fulfilled without requiring any service fee.

Samsung customer service reached out to me. They asked again for the information I provided here. They said they would re-evaluate the process and inform me. I am waiting to hear from them.

Samsung VG-FBB3BA/ZN taşınabilir bataryam Ocak 2025'te şarj olmamaya başladı. Garanti kapsamında olduğunu belirttim, ancak yetkili servis cihazı kabul etmedi, Samsung da garanti dışı olduğunu söyledi ve belge için 43$ ücret talep etti. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorum ve ücretsiz tamir ya da yenisiyle değişim istiyorum.

So much time has passed and still no one has gotten in touch. They seem to have dealt with other people's complaints before, but they haven't really dealt with mine so far.

The customer service finally responded. They said they couldn't do anything and wouldn't consider it under warranty. They didn't solve the problem. Samsung honestly disappointed me. Those who will buy these products should take this experience into account.
