I own a Samsung EcoBubble washing machine located in Ümraniye, Istanbul, and on 27.03.2026 it developed a drum and tub malfunction. Since this date, I have not been able to use the product properly and my daily household routine has been seriously disrupted. After noticing the problem, I contacted Samsung authorized service and was informed that I have to wait in line for service. However, the process is progressing very slowly and there has been no clear information about when the washing machine will be repaired. I request that the malfunction in the drum and tub of my Samsung EcoBubble washing machine be repaired as soon as possible and that the service process be accelerated so that I can use my product again without any loss of time.
