Complaint Regarding Samsung EcoBubble 7kg Washing Machine

I purchased a Samsung EcoBubble 7 kg washing machine on 30 December 2025, and from the first use, it has not been spinning properly. The machine fails to spin the laundry correctly on every wash and in all programs, so the clothes remain very wet, and the product cannot be used as expected. I have contacted Samsung about this problem, but I have not received any response yet. Since the spinning issue has been present from the beginning and occurs in all cycles, I believe there is a fault with the machine. I request that Samsung either replace this washing machine with a properly functioning one or provide a refund for the purchase. I kindly ask that this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
