Samsung Eco Bubble WD90J6410AS/AH Balance Weight Broke

I have been using my Samsung Eco Bubble WD90J6410AS/AH washing machine for five years, and now the left front balance weight has broken. I never expected such an important internal component to be made of such weak material. Had I known about this issue, I would have chosen a different brand for my washing machine.

This part should not break under normal use, and I highly doubt that this is due to user error. Samsung, please provide a solution regarding spare parts and repairs. I hope customer satisfaction is a priority, as this is clearly a manufacturing flaw rather than an issue caused by improper use. I expect assistance as soon as possible!
