Samsung Does Not Provide Service Because My Phone Was Purchased From Abroad

I bought a book 3 model laptop with a foreign warranty from the Samsung Store from abroad. English q keyboard. Actually, there are keyboard stickers or I can use it that way, but I still called your general service center at 444 77 11 and said that I wanted to change the keyboard at your service for a fee. They told me that they could not provide service even for a fee because I bought it from abroad. Guaranteed or not. Can I buy the part and have it installed outside? There is no room. How ridiculous. Let's say I'm an EU citizen, I'm on vacation, but I can't get service even for a fee. Or I go on vacation abroad, my phone breaks down and the Samsung authorized service says I can't do it. I congratulate you for your exemplary service understanding.

Yes, I was called. -To say that this is our procedure. The caller tells me that the software or hardware may be different, so we don't touch it. I say, if the charger breaks, won't you sell it? Likewise, my product is sold in Turkey. I just want to buy a keyboard. I'm going to take off two keys and put them on my own product. It's my money, isn't it? Why don't you just sell the part... There was no need to call just to say "this is how we do it, take it or leave it." Now I understand why people buy the bitten apple.
