Samsung DW60M5042FS Dishwasher Baskets Rotted and Replacement Is Overpriced
The Samsung dishwasher DW60M5042FS/TR model baskets we bought from Ankamall Kutup Pazarlama store in September 2019 are rusted, not rusted but rotted! Even though we always use only licensed dishwashing detergent and never bleach etc.! When I look at the spare part prices and complaints about the same issue, I see prices around 10 thousand. How can we pay ₺10.000 for a new basket? If I were to pay 10 thousand, I would go and buy a new machine. We will not buy white goods from Samsung anymore!

The Samsung team took action and resolved the issue that we couldn't solve last year very quickly this year, especially thanks to the headquarters staff. I am very grateful that they stood behind their brand and resolved our grievance.
