Need Help With Samsung Air Conditioner Installation Delay


I contacted Samsung customer service to request installation of my new air conditioner. Two days later, your service team called to inform me that the installation would be completed in 11-12 days. However, it has been 15 days and I have not heard from anyone. I'm concerned about whether the installation will be completed before the end of the summer. I am unable to return the product because the return period has expired, and I regret purchasing the air conditioner. The thought of having difficulty contacting your service team for future issues worries me. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.

There is still no progress on the issue, no calls, no inquiries. I have paid the second installment for the product, and there is still no one coming to set it up or providing any information about it. Samsung is a regret.
