I purchased a Samsung 82'' television three years ago. In its third year, the panel malfunctioned, revealing the supposed Premium brand's quality issues. The service team arrived after contacting the call center. Strangely, I received no callback after 10 days. Upon contacting the call center again, they promised to get back to me, but it's been three days with no response. Samsung, a supposedly assertive brand, failed to support the product they sold, victimizing me. They deceived customers with a television showing a panel error in just its third year. I have a Philips TV at home, still running smoothly in its eighth year. How can Samsung, with such cheap and poor quality, claim to be a global brand?

Samsung, please do not send automatic replies; no one from the solution center has attended to me. I called 2 days ago, and they said that Ms. Gamze, who was handling my case, was not available and that she would get back to me. Two days have passed, and still no response, so I had to call again. And of course, they told me that Ms. Gamze is currently not available. Truly, Samsung's lack of attention after sales and their own panel errors have caused both financial and emotional distress to their customers. If Samsung, which claims to be a global brand, does not take care of its customers, then the rest is just a story.

And Samsung has done what it does by saying that the cost of their chronic panel failure will be taken from the customer. Shame on you for victimizing us. Samsung's solution center, together with Ms. Gamze, has become a center of non-solutions. Even though the service saw me as justified in this matter, Samsung's non-solution center did not take this into account. A real and quality brand always stands by its customers. The saying "I would rather lose money than lose people's trust" does not apply to Samsung. Samsung's concern is money and victimizing its customers. I will definitely not buy or recommend Samsung.
