Samsung 65-Inch OLED TV Freezes and Suffers Burn-In After Few Months

A few months ago, I purchased a 65-inch Samsung OLED TV from Vatan Bilgisayar for $3,794. Out of nowhere, it developed severe screen burn-in, and now it shuts off and won't turn back on, or turns on only to freeze completely. I am unable to reach customer service or their support team at all. I am currently unable to use the TV and haven't been able to get in touch with their service department for weeks.
