Samsung 18 BTU Air Conditioner Installation Delays
I purchased a Samsung 18 BTU air conditioner and arranged for it to be installed on the 10th. Getting in touch with the service provider for updates seems like an impossible task. According to Samsung customer service, the installation process will require approximately 45 days. If you're thinking about purchasing an air conditioner, it's a good idea to do some research on the service beforehand. It's quite unexpected that a major company such as Samsung lacks a dependable authorized service in Bursa.
The service completed the installation on June 24, 2024, as promised, so we didn't have to wait for 45 days. I would like to thank those who helped expedite the process.
