Ongoing Technical Issues and Lack of Service Support With Samsung
My Samsung television has broken down four times in the past three years, which clearly raises serious concerns about the product’s quality. I submitted a complaint on Xolvie, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I was met with irrelevant, automated responses that felt like an insult to my intelligence. I've been waiting for service for about a week, repeatedly hearing excuses like “we’ll come today” or “we’ll come tomorrow,” yet no one shows up. To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that my latest service request has been deleted from the system. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I’m aware that the warranty has expired, but when a television breaks down four times shortly after the warranty ends, the problem is clearly not due to user error—it indicates a manufacturing defect. If you are not going to provide a real solution, please refrain from contacting me again. I expect a results-driven approach, not vague promises and endless delays.
