My Samsung Jet 90 Battery Suddenly Stopped Charging After Just 3 Years

I’ve been using the Samsung Jet 90 (VS9000) cordless stick vacuum—one of Samsung’s top-tier models. Recently, and without any impact, damage, or warning, the battery stopped charging completely. Normally, I would expect some decline in performance over time, not a sudden complete failure like this.
When I plug the vacuum into the charger, the indicator lights flash briefly, then the device shuts itself off. It won’t charge or power up at all. This is clearly not how a flagship product should behave. I’ve always trusted Samsung for premium performance and durability, but a product at this level should not become unusable after just 3 years.
I believe this is a defect with the battery itself, and I’m not the only one—I've seen similar reports from other users. Samsung needs to acknowledge that this isn’t just normal wear and tear; it’s a quality issue.
