17-Year Refrigerator Issue Unresolved By Samsung Turkey

The chronic problems I have experienced with my Samsung French Door refrigerator have unfortunately not been rectified, despite numerous attempts to communicate with your customer service team. I have attached all relevant correspondence, technical service reports, and other documents related to the issues. The trust I have in Samsung as a global brand, known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality, has been severely shaken by this protracted and unresolved process. The fact that an issue with a product has been left unaddressed for a period of 17 years has deeply eroded my loyalty and confidence in your brand. This situation has caused a significant breakdown in my faith in the quality of Samsung products and the effectiveness of your after-sales support. I kindly request that you review this matter with the utmost seriousness and provide an urgent resolution to a problem that seems to be beyond the scope of the local branch. The latest development is that in my last conversation with Samsung Turkey, I was informed that the cover, which had been replaced by the service center during the previous malfunction, would be replaced again, at a discounted rate. They had previously replaced this cover without any success, and now they're saying they can replace it for me if I pay again. The warranty on this cover is one year, and based on my previous experience, the cover will likely start leaking again within 1.5 to 2 years, leaving me with the same problem and continuing my suffering.
