Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Scratched Easily Despite Original Protection
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Cobalt Purple 256 GB from the official Samsung Turkey online store for 1,887 dollars, and I received the device on June 12. From the first day, I used the phone with the original Samsung case and original screen protector, and I was very careful with it. Despite this, starting from June 22, I began to notice scratches forming on the body and/or screen of the device, and these scratches continued to increase as I kept using it. The fact that an upper-segment phone, used for only about 14 days with original protection accessories and careful use, started to show such wear has caused me serious dissatisfaction. This situation makes me seriously question the material quality and durability of the device, and I do not accept that this problem is due to user error. I contacted Samsung customer service regarding this issue, but no solution was offered and my grievance was not resolved. I am disappointed that such an expensive product fails to meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability in such a short time. In order to resolve this issue, I request the replacement of my current device with a new, fault-free Galaxy S26 Ultra under warranty and consumer rights, and I kindly ask for this process to be carried out as quickly as possible.
