Samsung Galaxy A25 Wrongly Declared Screen Damage and Warranty Rejected

Two days ago, I took my Samsung Galaxy A25 to the authorized Samsung service center due to freezing issues. When I handed over the device, the staff inspected the screen, confirmed there were no cracks, and stated that any issue would be covered under warranty. They even recorded a video at the time of delivery showing that the screen was intact. However, I was later contacted by the service center and told that the device had a screen crack, making it ineligible for warranty repair, and I was asked to pay ₺3,900. My phone had no damage, impact, or cracks—it simply froze and was delivered to the service center as it was. The device is under warranty, and I also provided the invoice. Despite the video proof showing the screen was intact at delivery, the service later claimed it was broken and demanded payment, which I absolutely reject. I also contacted customer service and filed a complaint, but I have not received any response. I request that my device be repaired free of charge under warranty.
Progress
The screen of my Samsung Galaxy A25 model phone suddenly started freezing. I delivered the device to the authorized Samsung service center in Diyarbakır about 10 days ago. Even though my phone is still under warranty, the service requested a fee for the screen malfunction. Also, I do not understand why this fee is being requested even though there is no crack or user error on the screen.
I request that my device be repaired free of charge under warranty. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
