Samsung A065F PIN Screen Error — “OK” Button Not Working After Update
I recently purchased my Samsung A065F. About two hours ago, I installed the new software update that appeared on my device. After restarting, when I entered my PIN code and tapped the “OK” button, I realized the button was not responding at all. Because of this, I cannot use my phone and I’m unable to take care of urgent tasks. The issue only occurs on the PIN screen, and since I can’t access any other parts of the phone, I have no way to try alternative troubleshooting steps.
Even restarting the device doesn’t help because it still requires the PIN and the inactive “OK” button. Since it is outside business hours, I haven’t been able to reach customer support, and I haven’t visited a service center yet.
I want the “OK” button to function again so I can use my phone normally. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
