My Samsung A34 Was Never Properly Fixed or Replaced

I bought a Samsung A34, and it’s been a year since the purchase. At first, there were no problems, but then the device suddenly shut down and wouldn’t turn back on. I sent it to the service center, and they said it was a system issue, supposedly fixed it, and returned it. However, a week later, it shut down again in the same way and never turned back on. I sent it in again, and they returned it just the same without resolving anything. They also rejected my request for a replacement. Now, about three weeks later, I’m experiencing the exact same issue once more. I’ve sent the device to the service center twice, and the problem still isn’t fixed. They never offer a permanent solution. The service is terrible. Yes, they are polite, but I’m looking for a solution, not politeness. They neither fix the device properly nor replace it.
