My Samsung A10 Won't Connect to My VW Taigo

My Samsung A10 phone simply won't connect to my Volkswagen Taigo car! It's infuriating. I don't know if I'm expected to buy a new phone just because of this compatibility issue. I demand a solution from the authorities.

My car connects perfectly fine with other phones, but it refuses to connect with mine. Am I seriously supposed to buy a brand-new phone just to use this feature? This is completely unacceptable. Both Samsung and Volkswagen need to ensure their products work together seamlessly.
