I Face Samsonite Proxis Spinner Suitcase Dent After First Use

I purchased a Samsonite Proxis Spinner suitcase from the Viaport Samsonite store, where it was advertised for its durability and flexibility. Unfortunately, after my first use, the suitcase developed a noticeable dent that never returned to its original shape.

I returned the suitcase to Samsonite for inspection, but it was sent back to me with the claim that there was “no problem.” This response is unacceptable because the suitcase clearly does not meet the durability and flexibility standards that were promised in its marketing. I now find myself stuck with a suitcase that looks permanently damaged after just one trip.

I have been a loyal Samsonite customer for many years and have purchased their products multiple times in the past. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I paid ₺19,000 for this suitcase, and I do not expect to continue using it in this defective state. Since the problem appeared on the first use and is permanent, I request either a full refund or an exchange for a different model under warranty. Samsonite should honor its guarantee and resolve this issue promptly.
