Samsonite S'cure Spinner 81 cm Suitcase Discolored and Damaged After One Use

I used my Samsonite S'cure Spinner 81 cm large grey suitcase just once, and after that single trip, I noticed significant discoloration and damage across multiple areas of the suitcase. The suitcase has only been through one airport, and now there are white marks and other serious wear on different parts. I believe the issue lies with the material used in manufacturing. Unfortunately, Amazon, where I purchased the suitcase, was no help in resolving the issue. I’m hoping that Samsonite stands behind their product and addresses this.
