Salomon Ignored My Warranty Request for Leaking Outline 3L Gü-TEX Jacket

There is a return/exchange link on your website, but there is no review link in the warranty section. It says contact customer service for warranty, but there is no such contact information on the site. The outline 3L gü-TEX® Men's Outdoor Jacket I purchased from salomon.com.tr on October 17, 2024, got water in its pockets after a moderate rain in Istanbul and the money and items in the pockets got wet. When I examined the website, although the following warranty clause was included, I could not contact the company customer service because the telephone switchboard kept giving an error. (Although I dialed 2 numbers, I kept getting a message that I was dialing incompletely or incorrectly) The e-mails I sent remained unanswered. How is a Goretex product waterproof? I expect an urgent response and solution regarding the issue.
