Safepal Wallet Not Showing My Ethereum – No Support or Solution

I sent Ethereum from B*** to my Safepal wallet, but even after 3 hours, my balance still shows 0. The transaction went through on the blockchain, but Safepal is not reflecting it in my wallet. When I contacted B*** support, they told me to reach out to law enforcement, which is completely unhelpful.

Safepal’s customer support is just as bad—there is no real assistance, only automated messages that don’t resolve anything. If something goes wrong, they leave you stranded with no way to recover your funds. I strongly advise against using Safepal! They need to fix their wallet issues, provide proper support, and ensure users can actually access their deposited crypto.
