Ruka FX Fails to Process Any Payments

I am unable to reach Ruka FX through any official channels or applications. They don't respond to calls, and despite having a $500 balance, there is no one to address my concerns. Their official websites seem to be blocked by the government, with no response to inquiries. WhatsApp messages are left unanswered. It's time for the government to protect citizens from these malicious actors. Ruka FX initially presented themselves as a reputable global firm, but the current situation is the opposite. They operate entirely illegally. We hope for a swift resolution to this issue.
