Winston Slender Q Line Cigarettes Contain Foreign Materials Like Wood
On November 5, 2025, I purchased a pack of Winston Slender Q Line cigarettes and found foreign materials such as wood, debris, and small wooden pieces inside the cigarettes. The pack, produced on 09/08/2025, has the serial number WQI 1029 FHE09A26. I had encountered similar issues before but didn’t take them seriously at the time. However, this problem has started to occur frequently and has become quite bothersome. I paid ₺95 for this 20-pack but did not receive the quality I expected. After all, these products are not free — we pay for them and expect clean, safe goods in return. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I request compensation for the inconvenience I’ve experienced, as well as an apology and explanation from the brand. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken.
