Royal Match Wrongly Banned My Main Account from Chat – Please Lift the Restriction

I understand that my level 21 Royal Match account received a penalty for using a restricted word while joking, and I accept that. However, my main account (level 8039, ID: 2RM837XF) was also punished, even though I never used any prohibited words on that account.

To make matters worse, I have been told that I will never be able to chat on any future accounts I create. This is completely unfair and excessive. If a penalty is necessary, it should only apply to the account where the violation occurred, not all my accounts.

I request that my unjustified chat ban be lifted immediately on my main account. Please fix this issue and apply penalties fairly!
