Rowenta Beauty Instant Soft Compact Laser Machine Fails to Fire
I bought the Rowenta Beauty Instant Soft Compact laser machine. But when I opened it and pressed the button to take a shot, it didn't work. When you press the button, the green light in the numbered area starts flashing, but it doesn't shoot anything. I tried changing the head, but the problem is still there. I tried calling customer service, but I couldn't get through. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the device, so I want to make an appointment with the authorized service center to have them check it out under warranty.
