Roidmi app fails to detect my vacuum even after resetting, how can I get it to recognize the device?

Make sure to enable your smartphone's location services and Bluetooth, as these are crucial for discovering devices.

Also, make sure your Wi-Fi network is running on a 2.4GHz frequency, since Roidmi vacuums do not work with 5GHz networks.

For optimal setup, keep the vacuum and your smartphone near the router to guarantee a strong signal. ​

If the problem continues, try doing a factory reset on the vacuum. To reset the device, simply press and hold the reset button, usually found on the device itself, for around 5 seconds until you hear a prompt or notice the indicator lights flashing.

This step will reset the vacuum to its original settings, removing any prior configurations that could be leading to connectivity problems.
