On August 14, 2025, a problem occurred and the map on my Eve Plus robot vacuum was completely deleted. I have already tried the following steps: • Reset the robot and restarted it • Deleted and reinstalled the application • Reconnected and reconfigured the Eve Plus robot However, despite these attempts, the robot does not perform any mapping.
