GTA 5 Online Casino Chips Missing After Winning Horse Races

In GTA 5 Online, I recently visited the casino and won two horse races, each with a 290,000 chip reward. However, the chips were not credited to my account. I briefly saw an English notification in the top right corner, but it disappeared before I could read it.
Despite winning fairly, my chip balance remains unchanged. I’ve just downloaded the game and this issue has already ruined my experience. Why wasn’t my prize credited, and what does that notification mean? Rockstar Games, please resolve this issue immediately. I expect the winnings to be added to my account without further delays. Can anyone else relate to this problem? Any advice would be appreciated.
