8 Ball Pool Blocked My Earnings, Request to Lift the Ban or Close My Account

I’ve been playing 8 Ball Pool for a long time and noticed that my winnings aren’t being credited to my club. Apparently, I received a transfer violation warning, but I didn’t make any transfers. I want this ban lifted immediately. I’ve spent around ₺5,000 on this game, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Either lift the penalty or close my account entirely.
