Zynga Took My Payment but Didn’t Load Chips Into My Account
I made a payment through my account expecting to receive chips in one of Zynga’s games, but the chips were never loaded—even though the money was clearly withdrawn. I’ve attached a screenshot as proof of the transaction, yet I still haven’t received what I paid for.
This has never happened to me before, and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response. I’ve contacted Zynga Support but received no reply. This kind of issue needs to be handled quickly—players shouldn’t have to beg for the items they already paid for.
Zynga, I expect an urgent resolution. Please either load the chips into my account immediately or refund my money. I’m still waiting for a proper response. You need to support your players when things go wrong—not leave them in the dark.
