I Paid 3 Times for Robux But Received Nothing—Still No Refund

I’m beyond frustrated with my recent experience on Roblox. I was charged three separate times for Robux, yet I didn’t receive a single Robux credit in return. Despite this clear issue, I’ve submitted multiple complaints and haven’t received any meaningful response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable.
This isn't just a minor glitch—it’s real money taken from my account, and I demand a full refund immediately. I’ve clearly explained the situation over and over again, but it's like no one is reading what I write. If you're not going to resolve the issue through messages, then at least provide me with a phone number so I can speak directly to someone. I want to solve this in real time with a human.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in Roblox. I won’t be subscribing again or spending another cent until my money is refunded.
