Roblox Charged Me Three Times but Gave Only 1k Robux

Roblox charged me three times for a single purchase. I paid ₺418 for each charge, but I only received 1,000 Robux instead of 3,000. That means I was overcharged by ₺836. I want my refund back because I did not receive what I paid for. I even checked my purchase history to confirm, and it clearly shows three payments but only one Robux credit. I contacted customer support but haven’t received any helpful response yet. I have all the necessary information, including the transaction IDs and receipts. Please review this issue and refund the extra amount.
