Unable to Access Roblox Account Despite Using Passkey

I have been unable to log into my Roblox account for about two months. My account includes Robux purchases and active premium subscriptions. I tried logging in from both my Android phone and tablet, but even when I use my passkey, I still can’t access my account. There is no error message — it simply fails to log in.

I also tried logging in from other devices, but the result was the same. I have not yet contacted Roblox customer support. My username is M*6**.

I request that my login issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive assistance to regain access to my account. I also ask that my Robux balance and subscription benefits remain protected during this process.
