I’ve been a loyal and active Roblox user for 8 years without any major issues—until now. Around two months ago, I created a new account named “Milly _ezz” (displayed as Nyxora), and for the past month, I’ve been locked out of it due to a persistent and unresolved two-step verification problem on my Android device. Despite logging in only from one device, my account keeps logging out automatically. When I try to sign back in, I’m prompted for two-step verification codes every single time. I enter the correct codes and even linked my phone number, but the system won’t let me through.

Since last week, I now see a message saying: “To approve or deny this login attempt, verify it using the mobile device or tablet where you've previously logged in.” Below that is a “Try Again” button, but no code is ever sent to me—no SMS arrives, and I can’t receive emails either because my account doesn’t have an email address linked.

This is a serious concern because my account contains private conversations and personal content, and I fear it might be compromised. I tried contacting Roblox support but couldn't find an option relevant to this issue. It’s been a week now, and I still can’t regain access. I feel completely stuck and unsupported.

I urgently ask Roblox to help me regain access to my account and secure it. Please fix the verification issue or offer an alternative way to log in. This is incredibly frustrating, and I expect your immediate support.
