I Face Login Error on Roblox After Entering Correct SMS Code

I haven’t been able to access my Roblox account (username: t* ) for about four weeks. Since I forgot my password, I used the “Forgot Password” option and entered the verification code sent via SMS correctly, but the system keeps showing an error, and I can’t log in. My account includes important friends and contacts, so I really want to recover it. The email linked to my account is o*@gmail.com**.

I haven’t contacted Roblox customer support yet. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my account and to be able to reset my password successfully.
