Roblox Account Recovery Issue — Password Removed, Email Invalid

Between September 10, 2024, and March 4, 2025, I did not log in to my Roblox account. When I tried to log in again on March 4, 2025, I found that my password had been removed for security reasons, and I could no longer access my account. When I attempted to reset my password, I received a message stating that the email address on record was incorrect, so I was unable to recover my account via email.

My username is f828**, and my account contained approximately 120 Robux worth of items. After encountering this issue, I contacted Roblox customer service, but never received a response. I have also not noticed any suspicious activity or security alerts associated with my account.
