Lost Roblox Account Access Recovery Request

I have been unable to access my Roblox account “X3EREN3X” for about 3 years. Every time I try to log in, I only receive an error message saying “Login failed”. This issue persists both on my computer and mobile device. I have contacted Roblox support multiple times to recover my account, but I haven’t received any effective help. Additionally, I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account.

My account contained around ₺3,000 worth of Robux and in-game items, all of which I lost access to due to this issue. I am requesting that my loss be compensated and that the total amount I paid be refunded as soon as possible.
