I have been unable to access my Roblox account “X3EREN3X” for about 3 years. Every time I try to log in, I only receive an error message saying “Login failed”. This issue persists both on my computer and mobile device. I have contacted Roblox support multiple times to recover my account, but I haven’t received any effective help.
