I Bought 500 Robux for ₺201 but Didn’t Receive Them

I purchased 500 Robux on Roblox for ₺201, but they never showed up in my account even though the money was successfully withdrawn from my card. At first, I thought it might be a delay, so I logged out and back in—still nothing. Now I’m left with no Robux and no way to get my money back.

This isn’t just my issue—many other users are experiencing the same problem, and there’s still no proper solution from Roblox. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're paying real money for virtual currency and getting nothing in return.

Roblox, you need to fix this immediately. Either send me the 500 Robux I paid for or refund my ₺201. Don’t ignore your paying users—we deserve what we’ve paid for.
