I Paid ₺204 for 500 Robux on Roblox but Got Neither the Robux nor a Refund
I recently spent ₺204 on Roblox to purchase 500 Robux. The payment was processed, and the money was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. However, I never received the Robux, and I also haven’t gotten a refund.
Right after the payment, I saw a “card declined” error, which doesn’t make any sense since the amount was clearly charged. Now I’m stuck with no Robux and no refund, even though I paid in full.
My Roblox username is ni** and my nickname is txc_Zowny.
Roblox, I’m asking you to either send me the Robux I paid for or refund the ₺204 to my account immediately. Ignoring a successful transaction and leaving users empty-handed is unacceptable. Please fix this issue now.
Robux still hasn't arrived, my money was taken, I bought Robux again and had the same problem. Don't even think about the Roblox site.
