Roblox Two-Step Verification Problem — Codes Going to Old Gmail

I have been experiencing a serious issue with two-step verification on my Roblox account for about a year. The verification codes are being sent to my deleted email address (k********@gmail.com)**, which I no longer have access to. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account and cannot log in at all.

During this time, I have contacted Roblox customer support multiple times via email. My support ticket number is 101911645, but I keep receiving the same automated responses and no actual solution has been provided. My username is “mustafalmavea”, and I’m experiencing this issue on my Android device.

I request that the two-step verification be removed from my account and that I regain full access. This problem has persisted for far too long, and I urgently ask for a permanent solution.
