I Paid for Roamless eSIM but My Phone Doesn’t Support It – No Refund or Support
I installed the Roamless app on my phone and paid a significant amount to use it abroad. However, I discovered the hard way while traveling that my phone does not support eSIMs. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as I relied on this service for connectivity during my trip. To make matters worse, there is no clear way to request a refund or contact anyone for support. Roamless, your lack of transparency about device compatibility and the absence of customer service is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and better communication channels for customers. Others considering Roamless should beware of these issues. Please address this problem urgently and take responsibility for your customers’ concerns.
