Rise of Kingdoms Support Fails to Provide Reasons for Recurring Account Bans
I play Rise of Kingdoms on Server 4129 under the username "altayzone." Over the past 5 days, I have been hit with an email/chat ban twice without any reason provided. These ban decisions are never clearly or explicitly explained to me in-game or via email.
When I contact the support team following a ban, responses take 1 to 2 days, yet no concrete justification is ever shared. I have never made any purchases on this account, nor have I engaged in cheating, third-party software use, or any activity violating community rules.
These recurring, unexplained bans have completely alienated me from playing the game. I demand the immediate unbanning of my account "altayzone" and a clear, detailed explanation if I was banned unfairly. Furthermore, if the ban is proven unjustified, I request suitable in-game compensation to make up for my wasted time and effort. If my account is not restored, I demand that a compensation claim be evaluated to cover the damages caused by this situation.
