Rise of Kingdoms Account Temporarily Banned Over Mild In-Game Chat Response

My Rise of Kingdoms account named "aetrehıs" (ID: 230098096) was unfairly banned. I sent a message to a player exhibiting inappropriate/creepy behavior in the game stating only, "that doesn't change the fact that you are a creep," containing zero profanity or severe insults. Despite this, my account was temporarily banned until a specified date, preventing me from logging into the game.

Because of this ban, I am unable to hold scheduled alliance meetings or fulfill my in-game responsibilities. I submitted an appeal through the in-game support system, but my request was rejected without any satisfactory explanation regarding the grounds for the ban. I refuse to accept such a harsh penalty when the language I used contained no profane or explicit insults.

I demand a detailed review of my account's chat logs, a re-examination and removal—or at least a reduction—of this unfair ban, and greater transparency from the support team regarding exact violations so players clearly understand why penalties are enforced.
