Riot Games Refuses to Recover My Valorant Account Despite Proof of Ownership

I would like to share the difficulties and unfair treatment I have experienced during the recovery process of my Riot Games Valorant account. My account with the username “H0Nesy” on the Turkey server was stolen in 2021, and at that time I contacted Riot Support and successfully recovered the account. The ticket number proving that the issue was fully resolved in 2021 is 5708**01, and the entire recovery process had been completed successfully back then.

When I tried using the same account again this year, I realized that the account was no longer under my control once again, and for approximately the last month I have been trying to recover it through Riot Support. However, throughout this process, I have almost always received only automated or bot-generated responses, and I strongly feel that my requests are not being manually reviewed by a real person.

To prove that the account belongs to me, I have fully provided all possible information, including the account creation date, username, first registered email address, purchase history, unlock history, Riot codes I previously used, and every other detail available to me. In 2021, the exact same information was enough for Riot to verify the account and return it to me. However, despite submitting the same evidence again this year, the account ownership still has not been verified.

The support ticket numbers I opened during this process, all containing detailed evidence and account information, are: 126026577, 125863243, 126025414, 125863243, 125862826, 125805586, and 125801428. In most of these tickets, I only encountered automated bot replies instead of meaningful human support.

I request that Riot Games Support manually and thoroughly review my Valorant Turkey server account named “H0Nesy,” just as they did during the previous successful recovery process, and return the account to me based on the evidence I have provided. Instead of automated responses, I want my case to be genuinely reviewed by a real support agent and for the process to be explained transparently. I have also attached all related tickets, including both the successful and unsuccessful ones, as additional evidence.
