Riot Support Closes Tickets Automatically After Cheat Ban on Hacked Account
About eight months ago, my Valorant account was stolen, and shortly after that, I discovered that a permanent ban had been applied to my account for cheating. After my account was stolen, I was already unable to log in, and once I noticed the ban, I repeatedly opened tickets through Riot Support to explain the situation.
I have been trying to receive support in Turkish through the website. At first, the support team asked me a few questions and requested additional information, but later my requests started being redirected to an automated system and were quickly closed each time with a standard response stating that “bans cannot be lifted.” After my account was stolen, no cheats were ever used from my computer or by me in any way, which should be easy to confirm through proper checks. Despite this, I believe my requests were closed without being properly reviewed or investigated in detail.
What I expect from Riot Games is a thorough re-examination of all records related to my account Jin**, especially my ticket numbered #120363435, including IP and device checks and a detailed review of account activity during the period when my account was stolen. As the rightful owner of the account, I do not want to be held responsible for violations committed after the account theft. I request that my account and access be restored, or at the very least, that I be given a clear explanation based on a fair and careful investigation.
