Riot Games Enforces Hardware Ban Without Evidence, Support Refuses Review

In January 2025, my Riot account linked through Valorant Turkey support was banned for allegedly using third-party software. After this ban, any new account I created or logged into was also banned for the same reason—without even entering a match. Even though I did not use any such software on either account, all of my accounts were penalized as if a hardware-based (HWID) ban had been applied to my system.

For over a year, I have repeatedly submitted support tickets through Riot Games’ ticket system. Most of the time, I received automated responses or replies stating that the “decision is final,” and some of my tickets were never answered at all. Despite repeatedly requesting a detailed investigation and concrete evidence, no explanation or proof has ever been provided to me.

I have spent approximately $35 on these accounts, and beyond the money, I have also lost cosmetics, items, and progress that cannot be recovered and would be worth much more today. Having my accounts permanently banned without any concrete evidence, in a situation where I firmly believe I did nothing wrong, has caused me serious harm and frustration.

I request that Riot Games and Valorant Turkey Support re-examine the ban applied to my in-game name nax#Ege and my account with the username legendarya1** in a detailed, fair, and impartial manner. If the ban is indeed unjust, I ask that it be fully lifted. Otherwise, I request at least a refund for the money spent on my accounts and the value of the content I owned. I respectfully ask that this long-standing issue finally be taken seriously and resolved.
