Riot Games Permanently Banned My LoL Account Without Proper Review

While playing League of Legends on the TR server, my main account with the username bya1#0606 was unfairly banned for cheating on December 13, 2025, even though I have never used any cheats. In an effort to explain the situation, I submitted my system logs to Riot Games as well, but my account still received a permanent ban for cheating. During this process, I opened three separate support tickets, yet none of them were handled in detail, and I did not receive any satisfactory or convincing response.

The issue did not stop there. Believing that I had been banned unfairly, I created a new smurf account, but that account was also banned in the middle of a match. I believe that both of my accounts were penalized unjustly and that the system has incorrectly flagged me as a cheater.

I am requesting that Riot Games remove the bans on both my main and smurf accounts and that my accounts be reviewed again carefully and objectively. I want my case to be evaluated using concrete, objective data to confirm that I did not use cheats and to resolve this unjust situation.
