Riot Games Ignores Hate Speech

I am absolutely furious with Riot Games support! I reported multiple players for extreme harassment and hate speech, and all they do is tell me they've "taken the player under review." This is completely unacceptable!

If the insults were only directed at me, I might not make such a big deal out of it. But these players are spewing hate, insulting Atatürk, Turkishness, God, my country, holy books, and even my entire ancestry, including those born before me. And what do I get in return from Riot? Messages filled with colorful emojis and hearts, saying, "we have taken the player under review." They're mocking me with their utterly dismissive responses.

Riot Games, you need to take hate speech seriously and punish these players! Stop sending me patronizing, automated messages and actually take action against those who violate your code of conduct with vile insults. Your current "review" process is a joke, and you are failing to protect your community from severe abuse.
