Riot Games Ignores Hate Speech

I am absolutely furious with Riot Games support! I reported multiple players for extreme harassment and hate speech, and... all they do is tell me they've "taken the player under review." This is completely unacceptable! If the insults were only directed at me, I might not make such a big deal out of
